Domestic USA orders may ship from one of eight warehouses.  We make every attempt to ship multiple items from the same warehouse.

We have provided the most complete description of each product as possible.  Most of our descriptions come directly from the Manufacturer or Distributor.  We add any information that we feel may help you in your purchase decision.  If you have any questions please email us before you purchase.

Remember..  Just because the part is made for your motorcycle, doesn't guarantee that it will be a direct fit.  Some items we sell may not work with other aftermarket items you may already have on your bike.  The item may also require some modification to the product itself and/or require the purchase of an additional part or supply in order to be installed or used with your motorcycle.

All products sold are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty.  The-Motorworks and Custom Performance, Inc. offers no additional warranties.  Warranty claims are handled directly through the Manufacturer.

We ship every order as quickly as possible.  We know that the quicker you receive your item, the happier you will be.  If you need to receive your item in a specified period of time, PLEASE message us prior to purchasing.  This will keep everyone happy!

If there will be a delay in shipping your purchase, you will be notified by e-mail and given the choice to wait for the item or a full refund (This rarely happens!).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  International orders ship out of New Jersey, USA.  Items sold in our store are designed for USA Motorcycle Models and may not fit models sold in other countries.  International customers are responsible for any VAT, Duties, Fees and other 'taxes' imposed upon items purchased.  These 'taxes' are NOT collected by us and are NOT included in the price of the products we sell.  Please check with your local Customs Office to determine these fees in advance of your purchase.  The Customs Declaration on your package will list your purchase as Merchandise and at the actual price paid by you.  We will NOT declare the item a gift or reduce the declared value of an item on the Customs Declaration Form, so PLEASE do not ask.
