The
polycarbonate frame incorporates an upper and lower dual ventilation
system (DVS) to maximize air flow and minimize fogging, plus "cushion"
foam padding (an airy foam, not the harder foam seen on riding glasses)
again vented for maximum breathability, and an adjustable headstrap.

Changing the Lenses:
To pop out the lenses: First you will be pushing the lenses outward from inside the goggle, not outward facing the front of the goggle. Place
your thumb and index finger on the upper, inner corner of each lens
(the upper corner closest to the nosepiece) and firmly push outward to
pop out.
To replace the lenses: Put
the top of the lens in (starting with the corner next to the nose) from
the OUTSIDE looking at the front of the goggles, and firmly push the
lens in around all sides.
Rx-able
Many Birdz Eyewear models can be fitted with prescription lenses, and these are marked with the symbol.
The
'Phoenix' and 'Feather 2' have their own separate Rx insert that can be
purchased. These inserts are specific to each model and not
interchangeable. The insert can be taken to any eye lab and fitted with
prescription lenses.
In
addition, the following models have been evaluated by a lab and the
frames can be fitted with prescription lenses by an optician or lab:
Bill, Condor, Crow, Eagle, Falcon, Gull, Kite, Ostrich, Owl, Quail,
Raven, T-Bird.
Birdz
have provided the following recommendations for each RX-able model.
However please note that some opticians may not be able to provide
lenses to the specifications below.
