Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Non-negotiable $295 doc fee on EVERY deal. Vehicle for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction at ANYtime. Wire transfers bank to bank only unless local.
Fee and Tax Information:A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auctions conclusion. Final payment is due within 3 days of the auction’s conclusion. If we are not contacted within 24 hours after the end of the auction, Land Rover Knoxville reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or do what it deems necessary with the vehicle. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
It is the buyer’s obligation to fully inspect the vehicle before delivery. All out-of-state sales are AS IS, and no warranties of any kind are provided except any remaining OEM warranty. We have a range of warranty options available to you, and we would be happy to provide a free, no obligation quote.
We will accept certified bank checks and bank to bank wire transfer of funds (please calls us for routing and account numbers). We will also accept your credit union or bank auto financing check from any reputable institution.
The buyer is responsible for all local state, county, and city tax fees, as well as title and registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for above fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered and any others that may apply. For our in state, Tennessee buyers a state and local sales tax will apply.
The Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping of the vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped we will gladly assist you in making arrangements. We will also be more than happy to pick you up at McGhee Tyson Airport and bring you to our dealership so you may inspect the vehicle.
We reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay.
