Have the utmost confidence when bidding on this vehicle! This vehicle is being offered with the Full Factory Warranty. The full factory warranty covers the BMW for four years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.  The only thing the owner is responsible for are tires, alignments or state inspection stickers.  BMW will pay for everything else including all maintenance.

The winner of the auction will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit, due within 24 hours of the auction close.  The buyer will agree to pay the remaining balance within SEVEN days of the close of the auction.  All transactions must be completed BEFORE the delivery of the vehicle.  We will accept Certified checks, Cashiers checks, Loan checks, Credit card(up to a set limit) or we will be happy to provide financing through one of the many finance institutions that we deal with.Please contact Roy Warren at814-525-4090 for more details.
     We reserve the right to cancel any or all bids and end our auctions early should the vehicle no longer be for sale
     Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, city and any other applicable taxes as well as the title and registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered.
