of this vehicle: Wheels have some minor curb scratches but are not bent or cracked. Tires are in very good condition and two are brand new. Interior leather is in good condition. THIS CAR IS NOT BEING SOLD AS CERTIFIED BUT IT STILL HAS REMAING WARRANTY FROM A PREVIOUS CERTIFICATION. The Certified Pre-Owned BMW Warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship for a wide range of vehicle components. The Warranty is administered by BMW of North America, LLC, ensuring that covered repairs are performed by BMW-trained technicians using only genuine BMW replacement parts. And, since this is a BMW-backed program, you won't have to wait for a third-party adjuster to decide whether your repair is covered, Your BMW center can make the determination right on the spot.
Although the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty is extremely comprehensive, it is not an extension of the original 4-year/50,000 mile New BMW Vehicle Limited Warranty. The Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty takes over when the BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires, and the coverage it provides is somewhat different from the new car warranty.
Certified Pre-Owned Warranty Expires: 03/12/2003 or 100,000 miles.

Accessories
Radio/cassette player, telephone, navigation system, CD changer, or any components of those systems; non-original equipment parts, components or accessories.
Terms and Conditions
Handling Charge
There is a $50.00 handling charge (per repair visit) that must be paid by the customer for any repairs covered under the terms of the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty.
Transfers
The Certified Pre-Owned BMW Protection Plan is fully transferable from the original Certified Pre-Owned BMW purchaser or lessee to subsequent owner(s) or lessee(s).
Repair Services
While you may elect to use a non-approved repair facility for maintenance or repairs, BMW is not obligated to pay for any such repairs (even if covered under the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty). To obtain service under the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty, the vehicle must be delivered to an authorized BMW center. Moreover, the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty does not cover additional expenses related to a breakdown such as, but not limited to, car rental, lodging expenses, loss of pay or telephone charges, except as covered by BMW Roadside Assistance.
TERMS OF SALE
Please remember that if you are bidding on
one of our Pre-Owned automobiles, we will make every effort to
describe the vehicle accurately and to disclose any
noticeable defects or imperfections. That being said,
any pre-owned vehicle for sale may or may not have minor
surface scratches, door dings, stone chips in the paint,
etc. from normal everyday use. It should not be assumed
that the Pre-Owned vehicle
comes with extra keys, floor mats, tool kits, key fobs,
or any other accessory that is not pictured or listed.

dealership and we reserve the right to end any auction

Fee and Tax Information:
New Jersey
residents are required to pay (7.00 % taxes), ($349 Documentation Fee), ($113.50 car or $150 truck Temporary
Plate, Tag and Registration Fees, Estimated Rates).
Out-of-State
residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee),
($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your taxes and registration fees to your state. If you are financing you will be required to pay applicable taxes in your state and registration fees to us
so we can properly register the lein.
Vehicle MUST be insured before delivery.
Canadian Buyers:
Canada residents are
required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your import taxes, property
taxes and registration fees to Canada.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary
clearance for import to Canada. The US port
requires the title and other ownership documents to be
mailed to them 72 hours prior to export. You must
allow time for ownership documents to be produced by us
and then signed by you which usually takes 2-3 business
days in transit time. We will then mail the ownership
documents to the US port. They will then clear the car
for export. The whole process takes about 5-6 business
days.
Vehicle MUST be insured before delivery.
