CONDITION REPORT:

EXTERIOR: The exterior of the vehicle is very clean and very much flawless. All body parts are factory original and factory paint is very shiny. I use Quanix paint meter to check for a previous paintwork/bodywork and none has been detected. There is no major dents, dings, chips, scratches or other visible damage. The glass is in great condition. The wheels are free of curb abrasions. Only exception I could find anywhere on the car was some minor scratches on the very bottom of the front bumper from parking to close to a curb (visible only from under the car). The vehicle is in a showroom clean condition. The car had to be garaged while not in use. This BMW looks as new.

INTERIOR: The interior is exceptionally clean. The leather seats are in great condition with no sign of abuse. There is no rips, holes or stains. The carpet and floor mats are very clean. The car was previously owned by a non-smoker. The interior is as new.

MECHANICAL: Everything is in 100% working order. The car is covered under full BMW factory warranty for 4 years / 50,000 miles with 24 hour Road side assistance and a free scheduled maintenance. Tires are close to new with about 75-80% of lifetime remainig. The next scheduled service is due in about 11,000 miles. The factory warranty is good until: 03/21/2013. A 100,000 miles / 5 years extended "Bumper-to-Bumper" warranty with Road side assistance is available for purchase.
