All items come with a standard 6 month warranty. Extended warranties are available. In the event you need to return an item please follow these steps. Contact customers service at 800-269-6580 and obtain a RMA #. Without a RMA # clearly visible on the package, the item will be refused. All returns must be returned prepaid - No COD's will be accepted. We will reimburse all standard ground shipping costs for defective return parts returned within the stated warranty period. Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the item back and inspect it. NOTE - Warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, alteration or modification. Electrical parts are not returnable if installed.
