You are bidding on a well kept, great looking sporty luxury sedan. The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in Germany, and consists only of Germany made parts! This sedan is renowned in the world for its unique combination of luxury and superior performance thanks to its award winning V8 4.4 engine and almost 50/50 weight ratio, it has great performance to it - it handles and performs as you would expect such a highly acclaimed luxury vehicle! The Classic silver exterior combined with the black leather interior gives the car a certain kind of unique classy appeal. It's a great sporty looking sedan.

The history report is clean. There are no reported manufacturer's defects on this vehicle. A never-smoked-in before beauty that looks great and smells clean.

The car comes with 2 stage front airbags and 2 side airbags for you and your passenger's maximum protection. As well as BMWs unique HPS - head protection system, which acts as an additional side curtain airbags - all of these make this one of the safest luxury sedans out there.

The engine is an exceptional V8 (282hp, 315 lbs-ft) - one of the most powerful in the segment - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have come to expect from a BMW. The transmission has the BMW mark on it as well and shifts like on a new car, no skips or slips on shifts - actually it does it so smoothly that you can't feel it shifting. There is a brand new clutch in this vehicle. The car runs great! The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks.

The vehicle also features DSC or Dynamic Stability Control, which is a lateral skid control system preventing the driver from skidding off the road in sharp turns and generally keeping the vehicles traction at its best.

The A/C works well and blows cold air! We had our mechanic check the car and no problems whatsoever were found with it.

As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is clean while the seats show almost no wear! No electrical problems whatsoever. The check light of the diagnostic computer reads ok. The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks.

This BMW is equipped with a dual-zone climate control system. The power locks, windows, seats and moon roof all work and are in excellent condition. It also features dual heated seats. All the power controls and buttons work a 100%. .

Rims are free of nicks, and look exceptionally good. The car also comes with very nice all season tires that have plenty of tread life left. The tires have been rotated, balanced.

This is a very nice looking vehicle. It's obviously been garage kept, and is in perfect mechanical condition. Needs nothing but a proud owner to be perfect.

Please realize that though we make our best effort to describe every vehicle accurately, there will still be normal wear and tear for the miles and age on these vehicles - simply due to the fact that these are previously owned vehicles. We may not have additional keys, all or any sets of books or manuals – Please refer to the pictures posted to judge for yourself. We extensively drive our entire inventory and we try to put at least 300 miles on each car to make sure there are no hidden issues. Please expect the mileage to be higher than what you see on the odometer picture.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction - Via PayPal at europa.cars@gmail.com or via Wire Transfer. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

Please note that we try our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, due to the fact that sometimes we sell more than 5 cars a day on eBay it is not always possible for us to arrange pick ups within the next couple of days after purchase. Therefore, please do not buy plane tickets or plan pick ups prior contacting us, and do not assume you can pick up vehicles the next days. That being said, we will try our very best to work around your schedule, and most likely be able to arrange for pickup whenever its convenient for you.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

As for the remainder of the balance, the accepted methods or payment are - Cash in person, Cashiers/Bank Check, Wire Transfer and Independent Dealer Loan Check.

A $129 Tag, Title, Registration and documentation fee will be charged of all Out-Of-State buyers. If you are shipping your vehicle and do not require a temporary tag - processing fees are only $59. PA residents will pay tax and other applicable documentation fees that vary from those for state buyers – please contact for details.
