INSURANCE—We insure all of our packages that are shipped UPS. Item is insured for the amount paid on the auction.

RETURNS--Are accepted if the item is not as described in the listing. If you feel the item does not meet the standards as outlined in the listing, please contact us in a nice, professional manner and describe your complaint. We will refund the full price for the return or replace the item. If your item is damaged as a result of shipping via UPS, you must file a claim through www.ups.com . Items must be returned within 30 days.

PAYMENT--Is due within 5 days of auction end if you are paying with Paypal. Items paid by credit card, are due within 5 days. When you call to pay with you credit card be sure to have your EBAY ITEM NUMBER READY. If you have a problem with the payment time frame above, please contact us at (205) 426-2697 and we may be able to work with you. Items not paid for in the time frame above are re-listed and e-Bay will be notified of non-payment.

SHIPPING METHOD--We use UPS within the US and USPS Priority Mail for international shipments. Please check the shipping calculator for shipping price. The shipping calculator can be wrong on large items, call us at (205) 426-2697 if you have any questions on shipping for large items. All items paid with Paypal will receive an automatically generated e-mail with the UPS tracking number

SHIPPING TIME--Our goal is to ship items out within 7 BUSINESS days of payment, do not expect a tracking number the next day. Most new parts are shipped within 48 hours. International shipments take more time to process so please be patient as you may not get a tracking number for at least a week. Please allow adequate time for packages to pass through customs. International shipments are taken to the post office ONCE A WEEK. If you need your item shipped faster, call us at (205) 426-2697 and we will try to accommodate.

CONTACT--All contact is made to the e-mail address you provided to e-Bay. Please be sure the e-mail address and Street address is correct on your Ebay and Paypal account. We will send you an automatically generated shipping notification with the date the item was shipped and the delivery confirmation number (for items shipped to the US and paid through Paypal). You can go to www.ups.com and enter your number to track your item while in the shipping process.

FEEDBACK--Will be left for all buyers who request it. Negative feedback is take very seriously and reserved only for those who either do not pay or who are extremely rude and unprofessional.
