This is a brand new pair of genuine BMW Headlamp Washers for a BMW E46 Sedan or Touring (Wagon) made before 9/2001.  This is a neat accessory to add to your 3 as it sprays your headlights when you squirt your windshield.  Also, if you're purchasing a Xenon Retrofit kit, you'll likely want these in order for the headlamps to function properly.

IMPORTANT:  Please provide the last seven digits of your VIN when ordering so we can get you the appropriate kit as the part number varies by year.
