1.      The winning bidder must telephone (215)947-1800 within 24 hours to confirm the purchase and make the arrangements necessary to complete the process.

2.       Payment must be received in full no later than 4 business days from the close of the auction. Payment can be made in the forms of certified funds, approved bank draft, or cashier's check.

In the event that funds are not received, and the winning bidder does not make alternate arrangements, Automobile Consultant reserves the right to make the vehicle available to other interested parties on a first come, first serve basis.

1.       Acceptable forms of payment to the seller include certified funds, cashier's checks, verified bank drafts from known & approved financial institutions.

2.      Any online lenders (eBay, Capital One, etc.) In addition, we also have relationships with banks and can assist you with obtaining financing.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days, depending on the financial institution, to verify funds have been received for the vehicle.

Pennsylvania buyers are required to pay 6.00% sales tax (7.00% for Philadelphia residents) plus any applicable fees in PA.

Out of state buyers are responsible for their own registration, taxes, etc. in their own states.

International buyers please contact our office directly for information on vehicle purchases.

For the safe, convenient, and timely transport of your new vehicle, we endorse a few different vehicle transport companies. Please contact us for more details or we will be happy to help facilitate in any alternate shipping arrangements that you desire.

It is our intention to offer this shipping service as a value added service only. However, we a not a shipping company. Please note that all shipping concerns or questions should be addressed directly to the shipping company used to transport the vehicle.

Funds must first be verified and/or bank checks cleared by our financial institution before the vehicle is available to be shipped.

All vehicles listed are sold "as-is" and without warranty unless stated in the vehicle description. Vehicles listed that do have a remaining factory warranty will be stated in the vehicle description.

If a vehicle listed comes with an owner's manual and/or books, it will be pictured and stated in the listing. All vehicles come with one master key unless otherwise stated in the description.

All bids are taken seriously and all online bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above.  If you do not intend on purchasing the above vehicle, do not bid. 

Those bidders with negative feedback or bid retractions must contact us by email first before bidding on an item.

Auction interference, Shill bidding, Unqualified bidding, Deadbeat bidders, and harassment of any form can be subject to legal prosecution.

If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid.

Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.
