Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed, and available for sale.
- Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing.
- We will accept the following four forms of payment only: bank wire (preferred), cashier's check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours), or cash (which must be delivered in person). Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will not be accepted. Credit cards may be used to make the initial deposit, up to $1,500.
- Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, professionally detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles; we put our name on the back of each one, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. Please do not rely on our descriptions only. It is the buyer..s sole responsibility to confirm all vehicle options, accessories, modifications, condition, factory paint codes, etc. with the vehicle manufacturer or a third party inspection service.
