FULL BMW WARRANTY
BMW NA provides limited warranties for any new U.S.-specification vehicles distributed by BMW NA or sold through the BMW NA European Delivery program against defects in materials or workmanship to the first retail purchaser and each subsequent purchaser.
The warranty period is for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and begins on the date of first retail sale, or the date the vehicle is placed in service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier.

BMW provides a limited warranty for its 2004 and newer vehicles against defects in materials or workmanship which will result in rust perforation of the vehicle body for a period of 12 years, without mileage limitation, commencing on the date of first retail sale, or the date the vehicle is first placed in service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier.
As part of BMW's complete commitment to your driving pleasure, we include Full Maintenance on every new BMW purchased from any authorized BMW center in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. The BMW Full Maintenance program provides superior service by expert technicians at all authorized BMW centers in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Full Maintenance includes items that need replacement due to normal wear and tear, provided wear and tear exceeds BMW specifications. This includes items such as brake pads, brake rotors, and wiper blade inserts that are not covered by the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
Any adjustments required due to normal operating conditions are also included. For exclusions and limitations, refer to the Service and Warranty Information booklet that came with your new BMW or see your authorized BMW center for details.
TERMS OF SALE
Please remember that if you are bidding on
one of our Pre-Owned automobiles, we will make every effort to
describe the vehicle accurately and to disclose any
noticeable defects or imperfections. That being said,
any pre-owned vehicle for sale may or may not have minor
surface scratches, door dings, stone chips in the paint,
etc. from normal everyday use. It should not be assumed
that the Pre-Owned vehicle
comes with extra keys, floor mats, tool kits, key fobs,
or any other accessory that is not pictured or listed.

All vehicles are also for sale at our
dealership and we reserve the right to end any auction
for this reason. Also, vehicles may have some
extra mileage then stated due to test drives.

Fee and Tax Information:
New Jersey
residents are required to pay (7.00 % taxes), ($349 Documentation Fee), ($113.50 car or $150 truck Temporary
Plate, Tag and Registration Fees, Estimated Rates).
Out-of-State
residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee),
($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your taxes and registration fees to your state. If you are financing you will be required to pay applicable taxes in your state and registration fees to us
so we can properly register the lein.
Vehicle MUST be insured before delivery.
Canadian Buyers:
Canada residents are
required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your import taxes, property
taxes and registration fees to Canada.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary
clearance for import to Canada. The US port
requires the title and other ownership documents to be
mailed to them 72 hours prior to export. You must
allow time for ownership documents to be produced by us
and then signed by you which usually takes 2-3 business
days in transit time. We will then mail the ownership
documents to the US port. They will then clear the car
for export. The whole process takes about 5-6 business
days.
Vehicle MUST be insured before delivery.
