2005 BMW M3 E46 for sale. I am the 2nd owner of this car, which i purchased used from BEVERLY HILLS BMW in Los Angeles California in 2006 while I lived there. The car had approximately 7000 miles on it when i bought it. This car has been a California car most of its life and was shipped here to NYC in 2008 when I moved back. It has been driven on and off since then. The car has exactly 23, 663 miles at the time of this listing. I have a copy of the carfax report which shows the entire vehicle history and I can email this report on request. The car has a clean title and has no frame damage whatsoever. This car was just serviced by BMW of NY(midtown), and has a clean bill of health. The car just came off of warranty in July 2009. There is absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with this car - and it runs smooth and flawlessly like the day I bought it. Tires are pretty new and have alot of tread left. Car was flicked dirty but it has just been detailed inside and out including engine bay. Super tight suspension and it accelerates like a brand new car. Options: -SMG transmission -NAVIGATION, cd player -PARKING SENSORS -POWER EVERYTHING -19" standard M3 rims -all the standard M3 options for that vehicle year. -CLEAR BRA installed by dealer on side skirts and side view mirrors -NO SUNROOF! -NO COLD WEATHER PACKAGE! I have done my best to illlustrate all scratches/imperfections in the body and here are some descriptions: Rear bumper - horizontal surface scratch about 10" long. Rear passenger side 1/4 panel - rear bumper and 1/4 panel show slight gap from garage tap - easy fix. Front bumper, passenger side - 2" gauge in paint, small surface scratches. Roof - minor surface scratch. Wheels - all wheels show signs of scratching on outer lip but I'm sure this could be machined out. Gearshift - scratch on plastic surrounding. I can send more detailed pictures at any time, no problem. $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required within 24 hours of auction end paid via paypal. Balance due to be made by cashiers check only - payable to BMW financial services, at which time - the title will be transferred over to you directly.
