· The Item(s) listed are being sold “AS IS”. Hutzler Brothers guarantees the Item(s) to be as described in this listing and in accordance with these Selling Policies. Beyond the Item(s) being sold as described, no further guarantee or warranty is offered. Contact Hutzler Brothers using the eBay message system if you believe your Item(s) fail to be as described. Our warranty extends for three business days from receipt of the Item(s). Our warranty covers any aspect of the Item(s) purchased that are NOT as we described. Anything not mentioned in this listing does not fall under our warranty. Our warranty covers any differences between the Item(s) as described and the Item(s) you receive.
· You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number by email prior to returning your Item(s). To get your RMA number, contact us using the eBay message system. Include in your email the phrase RMA REQUEST. Also include your name and eBay item number in the body of the email.
· The insurance and shipping costs for returning Item(s) are the responsibility of the Buyer. Insurance is required on all returns.
· Only the cost of the Item(s) will be refunded; Hutzler Brothers does not refund associated shipping and insurance charges.
· If you receive your Item(s) in a damaged condition, contact us using the eBay message system. We will assist in making a claim with the Shipper.
· All items will be inspected prior to issuing a refund and must be in their original condition.
· When a Return Authorization is APPROVED by Hutzler Brothers, Buyer MUST repackage the Item(s) in the same or new boxes with the same amount of adequate packing material as when received. If Buyer does not package the Item(s) properly and Hutzler Brothers receives the Item(s) damaged NO REFUND will be given. If Buyer returns the Item(s) to Hutzler Brothers and the Item(s) are damaged in shipment to the Seller and the Item(s) are not covered by Insurance, NO REFUND will be given.
· No refund or exchange will be made until the Item(s) are safely back in our possession and they have been inspected (NO EXCEPTIONS).
· It is expected that the Buyer is capable of installing Item(s) such as these and Hutzler Brothers assumes no liability for damage due to improper installation. It is also possible for a garage, wheel, or tire shop to damage your Item(s) when installing them on your vehicle. This is another important reason to make sure that your Item(s) arrive undamaged from the Shipper.
· Some Hutzler Brothers listings for wheels include tires with the wheel purchase. The tires provided with wheels are FREE with the purchase of the wheels and there is no NO WARRANTY, refund or adjustment that will be made for any tire related issue.
· Optional fitments for vehicles may be found through a local wheel guide. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify with a dealer that the wheels purchased will fit your vehicle or intended purpose.
· Your refund will be via PayPal, check or other electronic means.
