This 2004 BMW R1150 RT Police Bike has only 63K miles and still runs great. Recently retired from a local force, this bike is fun to ride, but has a few cosmetic flaws that should be noted:
The right side mirror is scuffed up, as is a spot near the headlight. The mirror glass is cracked and the turn signal lens is also broken. There are a few scratches where the decals were removed, and some light scratches where the seat meets the tank. The crash bars suggest a low speed drop on the left side, as well as a parking lot drop on the right. The front tire should be replaced, and the battery is also weak.
In addition to the standard BMW features of heated grips, adjustable seat, power widscreen, saddle bags, crash bars, and accessory sockets, this bike also comes with a Cee Baily oversize windscreen, a soft top case, and a throttlemeister cruise control.
Use as is, or with a little TLC, this will make a very nice sport tourer. LOW RESERVE!
