All Used Engines come with a 2 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty which can be upgraded upon request. As we cannot trust mileage just as your car is about to become we carefully test every one. We test for compression, we do a cylinder head leak down test, we do a run test, as well as draining all fluids and checking for foreign particulates. We then do a run test to make sure you the customer get a quality replacement engine for your BMW. Our Used Engines are sold as long blocks which include the engine itself, from the bottom of the oil pan to the top of the valve cover. So you would be getting the oil pan, short block, cylinder head, and the valve cover only. We remove the frontal accessories, the exhaust manifolds, brackets, as well as any other misc. parts that you would have on your engine. We do this for two reasons, the first is because there are many variations in components for these cars and compatibility would be near impossible in some cases. Also, stripping down the engine before shipment keeps shipping charges to a minimum. Any brackets or accessories that may be left on our engines in the interest of time are not part of the warranty nor do we charge for them.
