Hello, you are looking at a Nice 2006 BMW X3 with Nav, Panoramic Moonroof and Premium Package. This X3 drives out great, the engine has plenty of power and the transmission shifts out smoothly. Successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within two days of the auction ending either by Paypal, wire transfer, cashiers check or credit card.
All financial transactions for the remainder of the balance must be completed within 7 days of auction ending with a cashiers check, a loan check or a bank wire transfer. No Sight Drafts will be accepted for payment. All titles are held for 10 days unless payment is made via bank wire transfer.
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end.
Bidder must be 18 years or older.

There were a few stone chips professionally touched up, very minor. Also, we offer aftermarket warranties that cover most mechanical repair work.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
