Highline Imports is a referral-based business specializing in the acquisition and resale of late model high-line cars at substantial savings. Although our focus is primarily on 2001 and newer German and Asian vehicles, we serve our customer base with any desired make and model. We even have ready access to like new 2008 and 2009 models.

We only deal with high quality inventory. Our cars are not salvage titles, flood damaged, recovered theft, or manufacturer buy-backs unless they are disclosed as such in the description. We do our best to photo document or include in text shortfalls that we notice, and have never had a buyer surprised by undisclosed issues upon delivery. Highline will save you thousands of dollars due to extremely low operating costs, and
our willingness to pass these savings on to you.

In addition to our top quality on-hand inventory, Highline offers buyers a personalized Buying Service. This unique service allows the retail buyer direct access to literally tens of thousands of cars offered only to licensed automobile dealers each week.

Highline's warehouse is conveniently located at Perryville Centre, 78 Route 173, Hampton, New Jersey 08827, (one minute from Exit 12 off Interstate 78). Out-of town clients can fly into Newark Airport, Allentown, Pennsylvania, or one of several other major airports. Payment Methods
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit
The successful high bidder must sign our Sales Order and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and cleared before delivery or pickup of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
All transactions are subject to a non-negotiable $199 documentation fee which covers the costs of title transfer documents, temp tags, and verified document delivery services. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the State that the vehicle will ultimately be registered.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 888-277-2596 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full and cleared payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you, however please be advised that all used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail from normal usage.  Highline Imports welcomes and recommends any buyer's third party pre-purchase inspection(s).  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please contact us to make arrangements PRIOR to the end of the auction.  You are not bidding on an "option" to purchase the Vehicle, but by bidding you are agreeing to purchase the Vehicle AS IT IS.  Buyer is responsible for any third party inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is".  No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
While we allow bidding from negative feedback bidders, we reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers, who in our opinion do not appear to be conducting themselves honestly on eBay.  New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and he/she must contact Highline Imports within 24 hours to sign a Sales Order and proceed with payment and vehicle pickup/delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the signed Sales Order and deposit are not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
