This is a trade-in from our BMW store. I walked around it and drove it for 15 minutes in order to give you a good overall impression of the vehicle. This is what I found:

- Very Nice for the age and miles.

- We sell a lot of older cars on Ebay and this is one of the nicer ones I have seen. Paint is glossy and it looks good!

- Other than minor scratches and rock chips this car looks great. I tried to take pics of any imperfections but most were too small to show up on camera.

- This car drives well.

- Air blows cold

- Retail is over $25K!!

- Tires are ok - 30% to 40% life left

- Brakes are ok.

- The inside is very clean with the seats being in very good condition.

The winning bidder must pay their state’s sales tax on this car if it is billed out with an address from IL, MI, IN, FL, CA or any other reciprocal tax state. We also collect a $151.64 IL Doc fee & $25 30 day drive away tag. THESE ARE BOTH TRUE EVEN IF YOU ARE A DEALER.

If you have zero feedback you must contact me first BEFORE placing a bid or I will block you. We have had problems in the past with zero feedback people not coming to pick up the car and I do not want to ruin the auction for all of the other serious bidders out there.

After the Auction ends the winning bidder must contact us in order to place a $1,000 deposit on the car within 12 hours. This can be done over the phone with a credit card. The winning bidder must then pay for in full and take delivery within 5 days of the auction ending OR BY THE END OF THE MONTH, WHICHEVER IS SOONER. Buyer’s must leave feedback in our store after picking up, paying for and doing all the paperwork.

We accept cash in person, bank wire or certified check. WE DO NOT TAKE CAPITAL ONE CHECKS OR ANY OTHER DRAFT CHECKS. We do finance on some cars but please contact us before placing your bid so we can get you pre-approved through one of our banks.

Please keep in mind this is like a true wholesale auction. This is a trade-in from our BMW store that would not fit well with our retail inventory. So we are doing an auction for the public. I drove this car for 15 minutes and took as many pics as I could in order to give you an accurate description of the car. We also try to disclose all known problems. However, we typically do not do any service inspections so we do not know a lot about the car and it is possible for me to miss something as I am NOT a mechanic. Sales are final and the item is sold as-is. If you would like to schedule an inspection that would be fine but please do so before you place a bid. These are low-reserve auctions so we will not allow inspections after the auction ends. ANY BID COULD WIN THE AUCTION!
