This car came from factory with

PREMIUM PACKAGE : double power seats,leather,power reclining rear seats,rain sensor and etc -4000$ option or so

COLD WEATHER PACKAGE : heated front seats , ski bag in rear , headlights washer -750$ option

HEATED STEERING WHEEL PACKAGE : very rare on 3.0i X5 this year. -150$ option

REAR CLIMATE PACKAGE : rear windows tint 35% , ac controls in rear, manual window shades in rear 600$ option

LUMBAR SUPPORT PACKAGE : rare on 3.0i 2001-2003 400$ option

EXTEND FLOOR PACKAGE : your luggage floor can move if you need to haul something heavy -500$ options or so

XENON HID PACKAGE : HID lowbeam with self-leveling motor,not cheap eBay headlights :-) 500$ option

SELF DIMMING MIRROR PACKAGE : most X5 don't have it,it allows your side mirrors to dim,not only your rear view mirror. 300$ option

CAR new sticker was over 50k.

This year I invested big amount of $ to make this 3.0i to stand out in front of other x5. Really people stare on this x5,and can't figure out why theirs looks not as nice as this one.

Here are the mods which have been done so far:
1)Pioneer Avic F-90bt nav/dvd/mp3 + steering wheel control module +custom double din dash kit + rear view camera ( paid over 2000$ with labor)The one I have is more expensive and better anyway :-) . Has bluetooth and microphone and what the most important i had it professionally unlocked,so you can watch DVD on it while driving or using navigation while driving as well. No need to put car in P and hand brake  and watch DVD only that way. Has ipod wires in glove compartment (i never use it ,as CD music is much better quality)..
2)Chrome mirror cover (90$ paid) , NOTE CHROME DOOR PILLARS SHOWED IN PHOTOS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND NO MORE ON CAR
3)LED smoked/red tail lights (300$ paid)
4)Smoked LED side markers (100$ paid)
5)OEM style 87 20" wheels (hard to get them,not replica,OEM factory,expensive) + Toyo ST2 tires (tires are almost brand new,and these wheels from dealer cost over 4000$,and tires new 1200$. 2 wheels have a little curb,but not so much)
6)tinted front windows 35% to match all around (100$ paid)
7)MTX 2 12" subs + MTX JH300 amp (custom job to hide amp and capacitor in sides ,very clean job) (paid 700$,mostly labor)
8)6000k HID Xenon H3 fog lights (200$ paid)
9)D2S 6000k HID bulb color upgrade for low beams (100$ paid)
10)Cluster gauge rings silver (custom job,they come stock only on 2006 and up models,so noone on 00-05 have those rings stock, 150$)
11)Acs exhaust tips ( paid 300$ with labor,looks way nicer then stock rounded tips)
12)Acs emblems all around (50$)
13)AFE cold air intake (300$ paid,gives nice sound to engine)
14)no error LED license bulbs (hard to find bulbs which won't trigger error in car computer,these looks nice,rather then outdated yellow colors 50$)
15)Removed amber corners in front headlights and put chrome turn signals and angel lights install. (It is completely custom job,it will cost 400$ and above to make it have angel lights)

NOTE: #1(stock CD player will be put in and radio diplay), #3(stock tail lights will be put in),#5 (those wheels are on my other auction,take a look at it),#7(no subs were stock),#13(will put back original air box with new air filter),#14(will put original yellow color bulb) will not be included with the car as stock parts will be put back on,so thats why i put cost of car starting only 14,900$

Car will come with 17" BMW rims and summer tires on it (50% tread left or so)

I have additional BMW 17"almost new snow tires for sale with almost new rubber.(400$ extra) I will give tires for free if auction reaches 15300$ :-)

Car in very clean condition. In excellent overall condition. Hood has been painted recently,as it had many rock chips and I am very picky and wanted it to be gone. Rear bumper had a scratch touched up,a little bit visible that work has been done,but not a big deal. Windshield have a very tiny rock chip professionally repaired. Driver's seat leather shows some wear,but thats what should be expected as the driver's seat used the most.

 NON SMOKER CAR. Car is TEXAS car,has been in IDAHO only for a little over a year. Car never been in accident and never been abused. I am picky about my car,and even small issues i always take car of it. I have all service records since i own it and some other records from other owners as well. Car needs nothing besides new owner.
Note:90,000 miles service has not been done,and will need to be done when car reaches 90,000 miles (not expensive,any mechanic can do it ,as it is mostly visual inspection and light reset and oil change).

I welcome any inspection,as car being sold AS-IS with no warranty. I did my best to describe the condition of the car.I am not hiding anything,and describe car the way i would want other people to tell me. Don't expect it to be a new car,but it is in excellent overall condition for 2002 car. I took a great care of this car. But normal wear and tear is present. This is one of the most cleanest 02 x5 i have seen.

Car have 2 keys. Both original BMW ones with remote. i paid  about 350$ last year to get 2nd key from dealer.

NON-SMOKER CAR. NO PETS. NO ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND. Maybe this car had more then one owner,but it does look nice and clean and drives very strong. No disappointments. It is not junk trade-in car which has been abused ,it is the car which i babied :-) and took excellent care.

I have clean IDAHO title on hand,no liens on it. Will send title and keys to you as soon as get payment.

Transmission and engine are very strong.This car drives like it is on rails,very nice handling.Local mechanic has taken a look at it,and says car needs nothing as far as he sees. I am not mechanic,but can say for sure there are no ERROR codes in car or Check Engine Lights and etc. I always fixed all issues what mechanics told me to. Car never abused, i used it mainly to drive to university 25mph in city,what abuse can it be :-) hahaha.

NOTE: Car have very little brake squeal when brake pads are cold at low speed braking and not always,it is normal as front brake pads are performance once. If bothers you,the non-performance brake pads replacement is very cheap. Also i have noticed when you go over huge speed bumps at fast speed,it will give small clunk(has taken in to mechanic he found nothing,said just live with it till it goes worse,he said it most likely sway bar bushing and very very cheap to replace if it wears out bad in near future)

Car mileage might be a little bit different,as I am driving this car to go to university daily.

Car has been regularly serviced. Every 3000 miles oil has been changed with 5W30 BMW oil. Have almost all paperwork since brand new car. All major stuff has been done. It has been reliable car for me.

I require 500$ deposit by paypal in 2 days after auction ends,and the rest by cashiers check or bank deposit in 7 days max. If you have any questions,just ask.

75267 - steering wheel slip rings replaced ( SERVICE BULLETIN for updated part)
72659 - new fuel filter
71146 - new transmission fluid/filter at BMW dealer(very few people change fluid,
but i was goign to keep car for long,so decided to do this expensive maintenance)
71146 - front calipers boots replaced, brake system flush, ball join replaced, lower control arm replaced front
70935 - new coolant flush at BMW and new thermostat
52006 - both front axles replaced at BMW, rear differential fluid change , brake system flush,coolant flush, thrust rod bushings,
both drive belts have been replaced

This is just overall to show how much i cared about car.The list of maintenace shows it. Car always been serviced in time
Note that car had oil change every 3000 miles or less with papers to prove.
i have 99% of reciepts to show it.
