Trimming my spare parts chest:

 Set of four cam followers, from 1973 BMW R60/5.  Original part number was 11 32 1 250 264 - it has been changed since (possibly few times).

May fit other airheads - it was the common part for R50/5 and R75/5 - possibly other models too. 

Parts are used, and are visually in fine condition.  They are sold 'as is' - no warranty, no returns.  You are responsible for determining whether the parts are appropriate for your motorcycle.

New cam followers retail for $43.86 each at the dealer - over $160 for the set!

Shipping is $13.00  in USA or Canada (other countries - request shipping quote) - or you can pick them up with no extra charge in the GTA.
