We offer a few different shipping options for your convenience and budget. We ship both Domestic and International. International shipping is limited by size and weight. Some items will not qualify to be shipped worldwide.

1. USPS Parcel Post is typically the least expensive but offers the least options for tracking. Choose this option if 2-9 days expected delivery is okay and the package is not HUGE.

2. USPS Priority Flat Rate is quick but is limited to fairly small packages and has the same limitations with tracking. Use this option if 2-3 days expected delivery is desired and the package size fits the requirements.

3. UPS is quite often the fastest and offers the best tracking. It is usually the most expensive but not usually more than a few dollars than USPS Priority. Ebay does not offer FedEx as an option but we reserve the right to substitute FedEx instead of UPS.

We also reserve the right to switch between any of the shipping agencies to aid in the amount of paperwork required for worldwide shipping or customs etc. If we switch carriers it will be for your benefit. Shipping cost is not the only factor used for our choice of carriers. If there is a difference of more than $3.00 for shipping because of our changing carriers, you will be refunded the difference if you paid via paypal.

PAYMENT POLICY

Please send payment via PAYPAL within 10 calender days. Payments not received will be reported to Ebay Payment Dispute Center unless we have established communication via Ebay Message Center and or email. We are not opposed to telephone communication. RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns if the package is postmarked within 7 days of receipt and communication has been established. Some Items will not be returnable due to the expense of shipping and packaging. If the item falls into this catagory it will be listed in the description. The problem must be determined to have been caused or the fault of Southland Auto Parts. If the product is determined to be faulty we will cover the entire cost including domestic shipping charges. If the product is damaged during shipping we will refer you to the insurance carrier only if you chose the option for shipping insurance. Returns of electrical or electrical related parts will be on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the seller. Southland Auto Parts will not refund payment for incorrect parts purchased or because the buyer changed thier mind. We encourage you to request as much information as needed for you to be confident about your purchase. We will take all circumstances into account when making the decision for refund. In most cases we will send a working replacement from our extensive stock of parts upon receipt of the old/non-working parts. Most parts are tested either prior to removal or bench tested.
