BMW shift plate rubber gasket which mounts to bottom of aluminum shift plate and creates seal between body and shifter. Good used condition original BMW part. Fits many models.  Please click on links below to verify this fits your model and production date.  Cost around $36. new. Part number on rubber is 1215581.
