If you receive a product from us that is defective in any way, just contact us within 30 days to submit your return. The only time Serious Exhaust will not honor this policy is if you have damaged the product or if it has been modified for a different use.

After proper installation, most products are covered by 2 year warranty.*  This covers broken, worn out or defective parts installed on private passenger cars or trucks not used for commercial/ racing purposes.  This does not cover the cost of removal or re-installation. 
 
*All T304 Stainless Steel parts are covered by a lifetime warranty.  Our lifetime warranty applies against rust-out, defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.

If you order the wrong part by mistake we will refund your money minus a restocking fee of $12.00.  The product must be returned undamaged in its original package.
