   Smart Center Las Vegas gladly accepts PayPal . For payments with PayPal your shipping address must be the same as your Confirmed Address with PayPal. We will only ship to a PayPal Confirmed Address.

NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (3) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within 3 days.

Payment Instructions:
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options:

• Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
• Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, eBay will send you an e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address within 1 hour of auction close. The message will contain a link to a PayPal checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. If you have not received this email within 24 hours of auction close, please contact us at tturner@towbinauto.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid.

Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States via USP  to Canada. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.

• Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within 5 business days.
• Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
• We deliver to any US destination.
•  If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout. Please be advised that you will have 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout before your order will be cancelled. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed.

For packages shipped to 48 contiguous United States, your shipping rates will be based per item as specified in the following table.

For packages shipped to the rest of countries, shipping will be based per item as specified in the following table.

*Ups ground or Ups second day air Both methods provide online tracking status.  The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.  The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location.  The shipping method is not selectable by the customer.

Sales Tax
A 8.1% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Nevada. Final price includes products and packaging materials.
Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges

Return Terms
All sales come with  Smart Center Las Vegas 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with a RMA number.
• Returned items must be in new condition & factory packaging & the factory seal (seal wrap) not broken. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Short-shipments must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Warranty

• Made in the USA merchandise is of the the highest possibly quality & warranted against defects only.
• Imported merchandise may be warranted against defects for 90 days, unless otherwise noted.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to tturner@towbinauto.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
