1950 Bentley Mark VI
| |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This car has been fully restored and is absolutely beautiful. It starts right up every time and, with a little practice, is a comfrotable driver. It has been restored to resemble a Rolls Royce Silver Wraith and includes Rolls Royce grille, flying lady, hubcaps, and floor mats. The engine has ample power and can pull itself up the steepest of inclines. The car is perfect for special occasions and never fails to impress. I have provided photos and, as you can see, there are really no visible flaws in them. The car is a European (right-hand) drive model. I do have some history on it. It was originally restored by Restoration Company Bart Holland in the Netherlands. My father owned the car from the early 1990's and added the white paint job, black leather interior from Hillborn Motors in Resada California. I have documentation of previous owners and a photo book of the Bart Holland restoration in-progress. The car participated in the San Francisco Papal visit of 1987. There are a few very minor imperfections which I have photographed and provided in the last 6 pictures. The paint job is truly excellent. It is better than most factory finishes. Even door wells are in excellent shape. I have had the car appraised by an independent appraiser and will provide that to you with the car. The appraised value is significantly higher than my starting bid price. A buyer could reasonably drive the car to a delivery location within the southeastern United States, if desired, instead of flatbed. I can deliver the car within the metro Atlanta area. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
