Delivery:

• We ship 5 days a week on in stock items from our Warehouse.
• Orders shipped within 48 hours after cleared payment.

• Once order is shipped delivery time should be no longer than 7 business day

• We also Drop shipped from other locations if the item(s) are not at our Warehouse.
• Back Orders are rare but do happen. In the event of a back ordered item you have the option of waiting till the item is back in stock or the option of a full refund on the back ordered item.

Returns:

• Items sold as is. All sales are final.
• In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
• Returns must be approved by issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
• No Returns on electrical parts, printed matter, Special Order Parts or Decals.
• No Returns after 30 days.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.

Shipping:

Merchandise will be shipped by UPS Ground or DHL. Larger items will be shipped Truck Freight. For shipments going to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska Please contact me prior to bidding for shipping cost. No International shipping please other than Canada. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks.
