The Wrap’s Anti-Rotation Arm prevents full rotation of the steering wheel; rendering the vehicle non-drivable. The WRAP also protects the air bag and covers 200 degrees of steering wheel.

Four AA Batteries power the WRAP.  The remote control is powered by one A23 battery.

The Battery Door is located on the back of The WRAP handle side.  Flip The WRAP on it’s back; pull the sides apart.

The Wrap is Built Strong and Durable of super high impact resistant space-age resin; reinforced with steel; making it lightweight; weather resistant; and virtually indestructible.

For Care and Maintenance of The WRAP when it gets dirty; simply wipe it with a damp cloth using any of the products developed for cleaning the dashboard of your vehicle and let it dry.

The Color of the WRAP Electronic Vehicle Anti-Theft System with Siren Alarm and Remote Control is a corvette yellow.

The bright yellow Wrap will remain Cool to the Touch because it does not absorb heat.  The Wrap will not become hot in the sun like other exposed-metal devices do; making it safe to remove in hot weather and harmless to the vehicle’s interior

The WRAP Fits steering wheels 14.25 inches to 15.50 inches in diameter.  Measure your steering wheel from outer edge to outer edge.

The WRAP comes with two Keys.  The Key is attached to the remote control and when not in use is located in a pocket in the side of the remote control.  To use hold the remote control in your hand and pull the key outward. 

Key Control means – The alarm system is activated when you turn the key and lock the Wrap.  The alarm system is de-activated when you turn the key and un-lock the Wrap.

A Keyed Lock secures The WRAP in place on the steering wheel.

The WRAP’s 3-flashing LED lights advertise that the vehicle is protected.  Lights are visible through tinted glass. 

The Low Battery warning is when the three LED lights flash at the same time.

The WRAP’s Multi-Layers of Protection are; Audio Protection (motion activated siren); Visual Protection (flashing lights; bright color); Steel Protection (steel frame reinforces The WRAP); Resin Protection (impact resistant; lightweight; doesn’t absorb heat or cold); Lock Protection (7-pin lock); Key Protection (260;000 key and remote combinations); Lining Protection (grips and protects steering wheel); Remote Control Protection (arms and disarms The WRAP).

The WRAP features a Non-Skid Lining that grips the steering wheel securely without scratching

To power The WRAP for extended use; you can use the 12-volt Power Cord; which comes with The WRAP. The power cord is used to bypass the batteries in The WRAP and uses the power of your car battery. If your vehicle does not have a cigarette lighter or power point that is active when the vehicle is shut-off; have your local vehicle service center change this function to be active at all times.  The power cord cannot be used to recharge batteries.

The Wrap comes with two Remote Controls. They are the Black box with a red and green buttons on top.  After locking the Wrap in place; you use the Remote Control to turn the Wrap alarm system ON and OFF.

Safety – Be aware that failure to remove The WRAP before operating a vehicle could result in damage and/or injury.

Security Tips for parking your vehicle.  Park only in well-lighted and highly visible locations.  Close windows; remove keys; lock doors; remove all valuable from view.  Use a highly visible steering wheel lock and car alarm.

The purpose of the Siren is to make it difficult both audibly and psychologically to attempt the removal of the Wrap.

Testing the Wrap.  Insert and turn the key; the WRAP is armed.  Jerk it!  Hit it!  Jolt it!  The siren should sound;

Warning - Check the vehicle air bag housing surface for clearance before installation of the WRAP.

Warning - Steering wheels with attached covers may prevent proper use and/or fit of The WRAP.

Warning - The WRAP fits most vehicles.
