Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a Product. 

Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.

Electronic items are NON-RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE if opened from original packaging. (Unless they are defective or damaged during shipping, in which case we will help you with obtaining a replacement). You may be required to send the electronics to the original manufacturer for replacement.

Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Email us at advantagedistributing@hotmail.com with the invoice number, part number, color, and the reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you receive an R.A. number you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged. When the product is received and verified, you will be credited according to the return policy. To verify returns, you should obtain a tracking number from the carrier who you ship the item.
