You will get two lever assemblies as pictured, one for clutch and one for the brake. The levers measure 6 1/4" and will fit 7/8" bars. The cable adjuster is included. Get this deal while they are available, these are nice quality, strong, and work well. 

These are NOS Superior levers Made in Japan. The barrel hole ID is .38" , the adjuster ID is .308", these will accept most British brake and clutch cables, you might want to tighten up the barrel hole with a shim if necessary. These have Japan stamped on the bottom of the bar clamp.
