    Thank you for taking the time to view one of our auctions on ebay. Up for Bidding is a Super Clean , brand new 2009 Triton 19 Explorer. This boat is finished in a burgundy and silver color combo with grey carpet and single console.

    This boat was loaded with many extras like a 200 Optimax EFI Mercury engine for power. The extras that this boat includes are a 24 volt 71 lbs thrust trolling motor. This boat also has Dual 6 pump live well and a x135 Lowrance depth finder. This boat is also equipped with a jack plate and Seastar Hydrolic assist steering. This boat also comes with a dual axle trailer.

    This is a very fast and dependable boat for not alot of money.

    If you bid, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. Please do not bid if you are not serious about owning this vehicle. We will report non-paying bidders.

    If you have negative or no feedback, please contact us prior to bidding or we reserve the right to cancel your bid.

    We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end this auction at any time without any liability to us. We run a dealership and sometimes an eBay vehicle will be sold prior to the auction end.

    Winning bidder must reply to email contact within 24 hours of auction close, otherwise we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder.

    We require a 10% deposit within 2 days of the close of the auction and full payment within 7 days of the close of the auction. We accept cashiers checks only after approval.

    Buyer is responsible for shipping.

    We charge a $99 documentation fee to all buyers, and Kentucky residents must pay sales tax and applicable state registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county and local taxes and fees that may apply in the state the vehicle will be registered.

    This vehicle is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. We make every effort to describe any and all imperfections, however all used cars may or may not have chips, dents, scratches, or imperfections as a result of normal everyday use. We will disclose any known mechanical, structural, exterior and interior problems. If you prefer, you may arrange a third-party inspection of the vehicle at your cost, but this inspection must be completed prior to bidding. Our goal is to ensure that this vehicle meets or exceeds your expectations and you will want to recommend us to your closest friends and family.

    Please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, floor mats, spare tires, jacks, cd cartridges, tool kits, etc. do not always remain with vehicles through ownership transfers. We try very hard to include all of the above, however, will not be responsible for the absence of these minor accessories.

    Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

    Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
