Unless otherwise indicated, you can return your purchase for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receiving it. It must not be installed or alerted and it has to include all parts and factory boxes. Returned merchandise has to be shipped back prepaid and insured. Please email us for return authorization.

• If we send you incorrect item, we will pay for all shipping charges.
• No returns will be accepted on items received over 30 days ago.
• No returns on international orders.             

WE INSURE ALL THE PACKAGES.  Please inspect your package upon receiving it and note all damage before accepting it. If shipment is damaged and require replacement/refund, you MUST initiate damage inspection with shipping company. We will then file a claim and promptly refund/replace your item at no cost to you. Please inspect the item before installing it.  Once installed, we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company or reimburse you - no exceptions. If you do not follow these simple instructions, we will not be responsible for the damage or your reimbursement.

• Other payments - item shipped after bank clearance.

• We charge California Sales Tax on shipments to California only.

We gladly ship internationally but the labor involved in paperwork and tracking is very high.  If you want us to ship to your country, please contact us for a shipping quotation but please be prepared to pay much higher shipping and handling fees.

IMPORTANT: Handling and shipping time will be longer than domestic one.  We will not be responsible for your local cross-border or Customs fees or taxes and they are not a part of the selling price. We declare full price on Customs paperwork.  Unless wrong item shipped, absolutely no returns for international orders.

NOTE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: To expedite Canadian border paperwork we are already including broker fees in the shipping charge.  You will still be responsible for VAT or local taxes, if any.  These taxes, imposed by Canadian Government, are not a part of the shipping cost we charge.  This applies only to Canadian shipments via FedEx and UPS.

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse immediately after cleared payment. Some of the items are shipped directly from the manufacturers who also ship immediately. Occasionally, the manufacturers are backlogged and shipments are delayed up to 14 days or more. It is very, very rare but it can happen so please be patient. If you cannot wait we will immediately refund your payment.

The buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the products. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products can withstand and these products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving. Some of our products are not suitable for towing. Our products are designed to be sold as decorative accessories, and should not be relied upon as protection for both passengers and vehicle. Please consult your professional car mechanic to assist you with installation, as we will not be responsible for improper installation or damage to your car. After thirty-day money back guarantee period please contact the manufacturer for all warranty issues, if applicable. Most pictures are of actual product but some are stock or similar item pictures.  If you need to receive exactly pictured product please ask before purchase.
