Another item from the Buick specialists Centerville Auto Repair

 Brand new steel heat shield/plate that fits below the carb base that keeps the hot exhaust from eating up the bottom of the aluminum Quadrajet, many carbs have been ruined by leaving these out. These are for the 1966 401-425 ,1967 400-430 Q-jet intakes. I also have these parts for AFB intake in my store.  Auction is for one gasket and one plate.

TIP...Put this plate against the carb base and the gasket goes between the plate and the intake. Gaskets are marked so they are installed correctly.
