TITLE INFORMATION:   Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles until cashiers checks or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. PAYMENT INFORMATION:   A deposit in the amount of $1000 must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Local Bank affiliate, or eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our Bank account.
