This 72 Buick Skylark Convertible needs some love and attention on the paint and body at some point ....but you can get in, turn the key, and drive this car everyday if you want !! Just as it is !! Safe and reliable !!! COLD Factory Air Conditioning !!! 350 4 Barrel V8 !!! . It has a ton of options !!! We are proud to offer for sale this heavily optioned 72 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible !! It has the following very desirable options : Original 350 4 barrel engine , Power Steering , Power Brakes, Power Convert top, Power windows , Tilt steering column, Rally wheels, COLD , COLD, COLD Factory Air Conditioning !! No it doesn't need recharging !!! It is COLD !!! DRIVE IT DAILY IF YOU WANT !! It also recently has had a rebuilt water pump and new dual exhaust . The engine runs great and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension is in good condition and brakes work very well as they are power assist. The interior is in good condition for never being restored but the seat on the front drivers side has a seam seperation on the lean back cushion and the lower cushion . Nice dash and instrument panel , no cracks. All the power windows work! Now, the body needs some work as it is a straight unrestored body but does have rust on all 4 corners.. Not an expensive restoration if you can do some of the work yourself, but that is the key to saving money on a body resto, be able to do some of the hard work or offer to put in some sweat equity if you know somebody that can help. It has a NEW, Yes, as in NEW last week , highest quality convertible top !! Was Expensive but done professionally. This car runs and drives very well and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Save your shipping dollars and drive it home !! like one off the showroom floor !! OK, maybe not exactly like new but drives very well and most people would think it drove like new. It also has very recent dual exhaust. If you ever wanted one of these really cool converts but never had the dough to plunk down because they were too high, maybe this is your chance! . Anyway, I think I made the point this is a car to drive and restore when you get the time. It has a clear title and is ready to go, you can drive it home if you want because it runs and drives great!!! The winning bidder to pay $1000 by Paypal right after the auction ends.
