* When will my order ship?

In-stock items are usually shipped within 72 hours. If we are temporarily out of stock, your item may take 1 to 2 weeks. All Cutter & Buck merchandise ships in 2 to 3 weeks. All inlay jackets are hand-made and can take up to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

* When will my order arrive?
 Generally an in-stock order should deliver within 5 business days via UPS.

* Can I get my items more quickly?

Of course! We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2-Day Air for an additional charge. To guarantee express delivery, order must be received by 2:00 Central Time. Shipping upgrades require the recipient’s daytime phone number and a street address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

* How are shipping and handling charges determined?

They are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address.

* Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We want you to shop in confidence knowing that your purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. After you open your package, inspect all the items,, and within 3 days just contact us via e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

1. INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY!!!
2. You must notify us within 3 days after your receipt of the package regarding:
          * Defective merchandise
          * Shipping errors (size, color item, shortages)
3. After 3 days we cannot assume liability for such errors.
4. After notifying us of the problem, you will have 30 days to send back the unsatisfactory merchandise:
          * For an even exchange (no additional cost)
          * For a credit (subject to a restocking charge: 20% of your cost of the item)
5. After 30 days, no credits will be issued - only exchanges of equal or greater value to the initial item ordered.
6. After 60 days we will not accept any exchanges.
7. All products returned to supplier due to a customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus freight charges, except in the case of a breach of the guarantee set forth.
8. All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition.,

9. Although our manufacturer uses superior dyes in its products, some variation due to dye lot variance may occur - we will not accept any returns for this reason.
10. Corvette Gear is not liable for shipping costs incurred to return merchandise to us, however we will cover the UPS Ground freight to send the corrected items back.
