• RETURNS: Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, all sales are final and sold as is, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped within 14 days after received. No returned merchandize shall be received by the seller without authorization. We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost, stolen, or damaged item(s). All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging.

• DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, must be reported immediately by the purchaser to the carrier and seller. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 5 days shall cause the purchaser to waive the claims. When a damage claim is made, purchaser may be entitled to reshipment of new merchandize. Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund without approval of seller.

• WARRANTY: No oral or statutory or implied warranties other than of title shall apply to the merchandise sold by the seller to the purchaser. All parts carry a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover damages caused by the purchaser.

• SELLER'S LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.

• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
• All of our items are plug & play. However, we strongly recommend all buyers to have the item professionally installed.
