We ship products using USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL/USPS PRIORITY  MAIL INTERNATIONAL/FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL depend on the size of package, therefore International shipping can take 10 to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. We are sorry, but we cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees.

Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of delivery. After this 20 days period, items are covered under the manufacturer warranty (if it has). • If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your un-opened item within 20 days and 15% restocking fees will be charged. Return shipping charges will be the customer responsibility.
