Return policy details:  On new items within 7 days of purchase, you first must obtain return authorization . Must be in as new shape in original packaging. May be subject to 20 % restocking fee unless similar purchase is made which we can waive. Also responsible for shipping costs. No returns on electrical unless item is proven faulty in which an exchange for same item will be made. Used and close-out items are sold as is no returns.
