This auction is for one set (2) of complete assembled PRO 2.05 Valve 215cc Aluminum Cylinder Heads made by Pro Comp (Patterned after and Very similar to the Victor Jr. heads... with a full CNC Porting!!). These heads are Brand New and are in PERFECT OPERATING CONDITION !!!! These heads are part of a new wave of High tech Cylinder Heads coming from Australia. These heads will fit any small block Ford Windsor. If you’re looking for an unmatched value SBF Race head, Pro 215 CNC head is your answer. With 2.05 intake valves, 1.600 exhaust valves this head moves tremendous volumes of air through high flow runner volumes, spelling big horsepower numbers. With combustion chamber volumes of 64cc accompanied by 80cc exhaust ports which are raised .250 higher than stock, Pros 215cnc is the ultimate choice for 347 through 427 SBF engines operating from 3500 RPM to 8500 RPM. These have bronze alloy guides; machined for 7/16” or 3/8" Rocker Studs. The heads are FULLY CNC PORTED!!, they are drilled for all OEM accessory holes. The valve cover rails are raised for easier gasket sealing. A thick deck makes the Pro heads ideal for nitrous or blower applications. These heads fit all Small Block Fords 289,302,306,316,331,347, and 351w,377,383,393,408,418,427w.
CNC Porting- Combustion Camber, Exhaust and Intake Ports all fully CNC Machined!! CNC machined piston and combustion chambers offer superior control over flame travel and a quench area, and allow easy and accurate duplication of reverse and positive domes CNC ported heads eliminate human error and variation from port to port that is commonly found in "HAND PORTING". Unsurpassed repeatability from one cylinder head to another. Combustion chambers are exact in volume - so every cylinder has the same compression ratio. Each port is exactly the same cfm - so every cylinder can reach the same power potential. Each port is the same cross section - so every cylinder can reach its true RPM potential. CNC machining produces ports and chambers to within tolerances of no more than .002".
