The fitment is a little vague and I can't seem to find them on the Cobra Website.  The label says what is listed below.  I would have to believe that these would fit many Honda Models but I only will list what is on the sticker.

These are beautiful pieces and very solid.  I found information about them that state that these increase the rise 1/2" and the pullback 1/2" above the stock risers.
