If you are shopping the net for an affordable jet spray washer you will see lots of red or blue washers that all seem to look alike.  The truth is there are many similarities.  They all heat water and all have pumps that spray hot solution on the parts.  The chances are they will clean your parts so why not go to the bottom dollar.

·        Gage of steel used for the cabinet.  We use 12 gage through out which is important when you have a sealess door.  It also lowers operational noise.

·        Turntable support.  We transfer weight to the cabinet floor the same as our large HD units.

·        Pumps and repair.  We use an American pump and fittings that are made to disconnect if a seal repair is ever required. 

·        Where will you get parts should the importer be gone?

Chip tray:

The chip tray consists of a carbon steel floor under the turntable. All of the sprayed solution flows through an easily removable steel perforated basket.  This catches gasket material, large debris and any collects any loose parts.
