This Escalade is in excellent condition. Still Has FULL bumper to bumber Factory Warranty, Factory DVD Navagation, 2 headrest DVD Flat screen movie players,XM radio, No dents, dings, scratches, rips, tears, stains etc. LOOK AT PICTURES INSIDE SPOTLESS>>>> Runs, drives,  perfect just serviced at the dealer last week.  Everything works properly.  It has never been smoked in.  It is for sale through our Dealership but is driven by the owners wife, so the miles may change a little bit.  Feel free to call or e-mail any questions.

At Auction Close

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 859-623-0444 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Shipping - Transport of Vehicle

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 15% stocking fee applies and the return must take place within 3 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 100 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee. KENTUCKY buyers must pay 6% sales tax plus applicable License fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
