Successful high bidder must make full payment within 5 days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. Failure to meet the deadline or make other arrangements with SG Auto Group will make vehicle available for sale to other high bidders.

Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre-owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing. 

Please Note:  We rate our each part or area of our vehicles in a condition report either Poor, Average, Good or Excellent.  These ratings are based taking into consideration the age and mileage first.  Excellent DOES NOT MEAN the car if without a flaw, but simply based on its age and mileage it's in excellent shape.

Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, license fees, documentary fee ($50.00) and administrative fee ($100.00). Out of state buyers are only responsible for inventory tax, documentary fee ($50.00) and an administrative fee ($100.00). Inventory tax is calculated at 0.00172824% (that is $17.28 per $10,000 spent). SG Auto Group charges a $195 non-refundable dealer prep fee on ALL transactions including dealer to dealer. (This covers expenses related to airport pick-ups/deliveries, fuel in vehicles, oil changes, temp tags etc...) You will notice in most cases we advertise with a low Buy It Now price as opposed to a long drawn out bidding cycle/war.  If you are interested in one of our vehicles you must act soon or you will miss your chance.

We receive from 50 to over a hundred emails per day with questions that require a lot of time and information that can easily be more conveniently and effeciently demonstrated to you by just calling.  We are not high-pressure sales people that will waste your time or ours, in fact quite the opposite. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.
