Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all 50 states via USPS and First-Class Parcel Mail to the rest of the world. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.

  • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, & the rest of the world.
  • You can combine shipment for up to a max of 10 items per order and get $2.00 off shipping for every additional item you purchase. If you wish to combine shipping, please click "Buy It Now" on all the items you wish to purchase before completing checkout. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed.
  • The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after the order has shipped.  The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location. The shipping method is not selectable by the customer. Please note tracking number is not offered for international shipments.

Sales Tax

Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product, we would assist you with refund or exchange process .Please send an email to eBay@custom-werks dot com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means and display the appropriate RMA number.
  • Returned items must be in new condition & factory packaging & the factory seal (seal wrap) not broken.
