I bought this is a Christmas present on December 4th my son-in-law. open it up and he said that you wanted one of these for a long time is it thank you He called me sometime later it said that it would take a charge but it didn't work so I told her to send it back to me and I will deal with it. I contacted the company I bought it from on January 6th and they said that it was past the 30 day warranty and not obligated to replace it but if I contact the manufacturer they would probably do something I contacted them and was told since I bought it on eBay that they would check into it and give me a call back. I didn't hear from him and called him in two days and said they were sorry that they didn't get back to me and they would call me back soon. Never did hear from them that is the ... This is a great product a friend of mine had one and helped me out of a situation where I was stuck and it worked perfectly his was an original model that he had since new I was so impressed I bought one! Come to find out while reading the instructions they have information on charging your iPhone 5! How old are these anyway? I bought the 560 model and followed instructions on charging it before first use and it charged for over 15 hours and never went past two bars! I returned it and decided to try the 540 model again the iPhone 5 again thus made it to three bars but never charged fully so back it went! Finally I went directly to the company and bought a new model 560 and within five hours was fully charged! Unbelievable how well this works, a friend left his key on in his truck for a day and went to start his truck and nothing, not even a buzzer sound, stone dead battery hooked up the auto start and boom, started right up within a second, no waiting to recharge like jumping with another vehicle. And so small with so much POWER! Great buy, you won't regret it.
