At Closer to Wholesale, we are dedicated to bringing 
you items for both cars and trucks at prices which are, as our name suggests, 
closer to wholesale! We deal directly with the manufacturers and in some cases 
do direct sales for the manufacturers, which allow us to offer you the customer 
much lower pricing. We're a young company, started in 2005 and we became a

Payment

         We accept the payment forms listed below. Payment is expected within 7 
    days of auction end. No exceptions. At the end of the 7 day period your item 
    will automatically be re-listed for sale. An ebay item dispute will 
    automatically be opened and you will no longer be able to access the check 
    out for this item. 
    
     •  PayPal - Our preferred method 
    of payment. You must use our check out for

            PayPal. We can  not send you a money request through PayPal.

         •  Credit Cards - Credit cards can be used in our check out with 
    out having a 

            PayPal account. We can also accept Credit cards over the phone.

         •  Cash - We accept cash in person. You must contact us first

Check-Out

         After winning the item via buy it now, auction or best offer we ask 
    that you complete our check out. You have 7 days from the listing close to 
    complete the check out. When your ready you can click on the check out link 
    that's emailed to you or proceed through eBay's check out. eBay will 
    redirect you to ours so that you can complete your order. The check out must 
    be completed for all payment types. If you have any questions or problems

We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS. We will choose which method to use for 
	your shipment, and we cannot use your shipping account. Most items are 
	shipped within 3 business days. Items that take longer will have that noted 
	in the description.
	
Larger items will be shipped by freight delivery. Please refer to item 
	description to see if this applies.
	
Insurance is required to cover any possible shipping damage.
	
All damaged items, factory defects, and errors must be reported 
	immediately upon receipt of item.
	
For factory defects or errors, we have a full return policy. We will 
	offer a full credit (including original shipping and handling) or 
	replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
	
Defective items must be enclosed with a complete description of the 
	defect, and will be subject to the Manufacturer's warranty policy.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are 
	not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the 
	buyer's responsibility. Please check with your County's customs office to 
	determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These 
	charges are normally collected by the delivery freight or shipping company, 
	or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping 
	charges. We do not mark merchandise values below or mark items as "gifts".

After winning an auction or completing a Buy It 
Now purchase, you must use our checkout system to complete payment. You have two 
checkout options: 



Our secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to 
pay via PayPal or Major Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and 
Discover Card). Payment must be made in US funds and paid from a US bank ONLY.



Closer to Wholesale wants to make sure that all our customers are completely 
satisfied. Our customer service staff is prepared to meet all of your needs. 
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and our feedback rating reflects 
this satisfaction. However, if there is ANY problem at any time before or after 
completion of the auction, please contact us first so we can resolve any and all

Returns

We will accept unused returns within 7 days. 
Buyers must contact us upon receipt of merchandise asking for a return 
authorization. Item must be in same exact condition (including packaging) as 
received and completely unused for merchandise credit of purchase price. Buyers 
are responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns will be charged a 
20% restocking fee. Sorry, no exceptions.
