You are bidding on a 1955 Chevrolet Belair convertible that has been updated with a crate 350 engine with a turbo 400 transmisson and power disc brakes. The car is two tone blue, with a blue top and interior. It is nice and clean inside and out, and drives super. I bought this car a couple years ago because I wanted a 1955 Chevy convertible that I could drive anywhere and that had newer disc brakes with a dependable drive train, and it has been great. It was in the same condition that I bought it in and has been kept in the garage ever since. We used it to go to a few car shows and have taken it to the beach, and on vacation a few times. The Belair had been restored about 5 years ago, before I bought it, and the previous owner spent a lot of time and money on the car. The car is over 50 years old, and starts and drives better than it did when it was new. The convertible top was new about a year before I bought it, and is a nice blue color. The inside is nice and the chrome on the car is in great condition. This car has had body work over the years as well as mechanical work, and is a nice straight 55 Belair convertible. I am going to let the auction run its course, so good luck bidding. We are 25 minuites from the Philadelphia International Airport where someone could fly in and drive it home.
