I am selling my 1958 Chevrolet Biscayne. It is a very original car with the original 283 V-8 and 2 speed powerglide automatic. The body is super straight and very solid with no evidence of body filler. The paint is nice and has a very nice shine to it. This car was repainted about three years ago by a chevrolet body shop. The car runs good and shifts as it should. The transmission does have a small leak whrn the car sits for a couple of weeks, but if you are driving on a regular basis, the leak goes away?? The interior is original and it is showing a lot of wear. Right now the car has aftermarket seat covers over the original upholstery. I would say that it needs new interior all together to be a really nice car. It does not have the headliner in it right now, but I do have a brand new headline in the box that goes with the car. This car does not have power steering or power brakes. The stainless and the chrome look good, but there are pieces here and there that have pitting issues. I would say that the chrome is just good average driver quality condition. All and all, this is far from a show car, but it is also not some overwhelming project scattered all over the garage. This car is intact, complete and ready to cruise. This is something you can do upgrades on while you drive and enjoy it. The car is locate about a half hour outside of St. Louis, MO.
